General Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
The Company offers courier services for the delivery of packages, documents, and goods (collectively referred to as "Items"). The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, overnight delivery, sameday delivery, Sentiments and special delivery for extra fragile items.
2. Service Agreement
y requesting a service, you enter into a binding agreement with the Company for the delivery of your Items under the conditions outlined in this agreement. You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the contents, destination, and any special requirements for your delivery.
3. Responsibilities of the Customer
Item Packaging: The Customer is responsible for properly packaging Items to ensure their safe transport and delivery.
Accuracy of Information: The Customer must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding the recipient's address and contact details. The Company is not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Prohibited Items: The Customer agrees not to ship any prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items as defined by local, national, or international regulations. A list of prohibited items may be provided upon request or is available on the Company's website.

4. Delivery Times
While the Company strives to meet delivery times, all delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are subject to variations due to factors outside the Company's control, including but not limited to weather, traffic conditions, or force majeure events.
5. Liability and Claims
Damage or Loss: The Company’s liability for damage or loss of Items during transport is limited to the declared value of the Item, up to a maximum amount as specified in the Company's insurance policy or based on the selected delivery service.
Claim Process: Claims for loss or damage must be reported to the Company within [3] days of delivery. The Company will investigate all claims and notify the Customer of the resolution.
Exclusions: The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
6. Pricing and Payment
Charges: The Customer agrees to pay the fees for the courier service as agreed upon at the time of Registration. The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with prior notice to the Customer.
Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of service booking unless otherwise agreed. The Company accepts payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified.
Late Fees: The Company may charge late fees for overdue payments as outlined in the payment terms.
7. Termination and Cancellations
Termination by Customer: The Customer may cancel a delivery request before the shipment has been dispatched. Cancellations are subject to the Company’s cancellation policy and may incur fees.
Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, including but not limited to situations involving fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or illegal activities.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the Customer’s personal data. The Company will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
10. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from the use of the courier services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than through court proceedings.
11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
